SmartMoves desks and accessories ship FREE in the 48 contiguous United States (sorry Alaska and Hawaii). Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days! Please allow additional processing and shipping time for holidays. All items ship UPS Ground.

SmartMoves desktop finish samples are available FREE of charge to help you decide from a variety of stylish Thermoshield™ finish options before you purchase your SmartMoves desktop. Just pick 5 of the finishes that you like best and we’ll send them over to you.

Risk-free Returns!

What does that mean? If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your SmartMoves purchase, you can return your SmartMoves order for a full refund! Plus we won’t hassle you about restocking fees.

Just go to our website, you know the place, and submit a ticket through our Knowledge Center within 30 days of receiving your SmartMoves purchase. From there a real, living human being will help you through the rest of the process. 

Important: Clearance items and SmartMoves orders past the 30-day trial are not refundable.


The SmartMoves Knowledge Center is available 24/7 to look through documentation, our FAQs, and to ask questions (although you’ll only get answers between 8am and 5pm EST) before or after your purchase. Use the Knowledge Center to request warranty service or technical support, process returns, or communicate shipping damage. If you have placed an order for SmartMoves products or already own SmartMoves products, please include your order number and contact information in the communication.


It’s really important to us to that we ship out the highest quality products that we can, but sometimes life happens. For that reason we ask that you please inspect your SmartMoves products carefully when it is received. Note any damage to the packaging or the products themselves and contact the SmartMoves Knowledge Center within 48 hours of receipt.

If you find any damage during the shipping just create a ticket in our Knowledge Center, and we will take care of you! That’s our promise.
